Amendments consequential on provisions for decisions and appeal relating to social security benefits contained in the Social Security Act 1998(1)
27.—(1) In the provisions mentioned in paragraph (2) for the words from “reviewed” to the end there shall be substituted the word “superseded”.
(2) The provisions to which paragraph (1) refers are–
(a)regulation 51(1) and (2)(2) of the Family Credit Regulations;
(b)regulation 56(1) and (2)(2) of the Disability Working Allowance Regulations.
(3) In regulation 49A(1) of the Family Credit Regulations for the word “reviewed” there shall be substituted the word “superseded”.
