3.—(1) The Greater London Authority Act 1999 (Commencement No. 4 and Adaptation) Order 2000(1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In the second column of Part 3 of the Schedule, opposite the entry for Part IV Chapter XIV, before “in so far as not already in force”, there shall be inserted “with the exception of section 287(2)”.
