27. In RSC Order 106—
(a)in rule 12—
(i)in paragraph (1) for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”;
(ii)for paragraph (3), substitute—
“(3) The appellant’s notice must be filed at the court within 14 days after the date on which a statement of the tribunal’s findings was filed pursuant to section 48(1) of the Act.”(1); and
(iii)omit paragraph (4);
(b)in rule 13(1) for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”; and
(c)in rule 16 for “notice of appeal”, substitute “appellant’s notice”.
