18.—(1) The Gas Act 1986(1) is amended as follows.
(2) Section 62 (exclusion of certain agreements from the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976) is repealed.
1986 c. 44. Section 62 was amended by sections 11(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Gas Act 1995 and by section 50 of the Petroleum Act 1998 and by Article 7(1) of the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 S.I. 1996/275.
