22.—(1) The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In sections 144 (powers exercisable in consequence of report of Monopolies and Mergers Commission) and 238 (powers exercisable for protection of the public interest) in subsection (2) and in paragraph 17(2) of Schedule 2A (licensing of performer’s property rights)(2) for the words “sections 10(2)(b) and” substitute the word “section”.
