In the first Schedule to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records)(1), in the table at the end of paragraph 3, in Part I, in the second column, in the entry relating to National Health Service Authorities(2), after the first “including” there is inserted “Primary Care Trusts and”.

The entry relating to National Health Service Authorities was amended by the 1990 Act, Schedule 9, paragraph 6(a) and the Government of Wales Act 1998 (c. 38), Schedule 12, paragraph 3(3)(a).
