The 1969 Act
14. Section 69(3)(1) of the 1969 Act (documentary evidence as to sums due for services) shall apply in respect of proceedings instituted before 26th March 2001 and the second reference in section 69 to the Post Office shall be read as including a reference to the nominated company or the successor postal services company, as the case may be.
