2. In its application to transfers under this Schedule, references in Schedule 10 to the Education Reform Act 1988(1) to the transfer date shall be read as references to the implementation date.

Schedule 10 is amended by section 47(a) of the Education Act 1993 (substitution of “local authority” for “local education authority”); by section 136(2) of the Act (substitution of “Education Transfer Council” for “Education Assets Board”); and by paragraphs 3 to 9 of thre Act.
