2. 9th February 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of—
(a)section 39 of the Act, in so far as it is not already in force;
(b)section 65(2) of the Act, in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 5 to the Act specified in paragraph (c) of this article; and
(c)in Schedule 5 to the Act (repeals), the repeals relating to the provisions specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this Order, to the extent specified in column (2) of that Schedule.
