2.—(1) 30th April 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into force of sections 56 to 62, 64(2) to (4) and 65, for the purpose only of the exercise of any power to make orders, regulations or rules or prepare and publish codes of practice.
(2) 30th April 2002 is the day appointed for the coming into force of section 71 in so far as it is not already in force.
