21. In section 52 (power to impose other conditions with consent of Secretary of State)—
(a)in subsection (2), in paragraph (a), omit “, house”;
(b)omit subsection (3); and
(c)in subsection (5), for “sections 45 to 51”, substitute “section 51”.
