2.—(1) Schedule 4 to the Betting, Gaming and Lotteries Act 1963 is amended as follows.
(2) For paragraph 10(1) substitute:
“(10) Refreshments may be provided on the licensed premises except—
(a)where those premises are in England and Wales, intoxicating liquor within the meaning of section 201(1) of the Licensing Act 1964; or
(b)where those premises are in Scotland, alcoholic liquor within the meaning of section 139(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976.”
(3) In paragraph 11—
(a)for “Paragraphs 1 and 4” substitute “Paragraph 1”, and
(b)for “10(2) and (3)” substitute “10”.
