Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8)
22. In Schedule 7 to the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(1), in each of paragraphs 3(8) and 8(4)(b), for “the Secretary of State for Transport, Local Government and the Regions” substitute “the Secretary of State for Transport”.
