2. In section 27 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1) (arrangements for provision of pharmaceutical services), in subsection (1A), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)persons who are registered in the register maintained under article 5 of the Health Professions Order 2001;”.
