1. These Regulations may be cited as the State Pension Credit (Transitional and Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 6th October 2003 immediately after the coming into force of the State Pension Credit (Consequential, Transitional and Miscellaneous Provisions) (No.2) Regulations 2002(1).
