(b)sections 9(1)(b) and (3), 10(1)(a) and (2) and 15(1)(1) | Only so far as the functions are exercisable in relation to a warrant issued under section 5 by the Scottish Ministers by virtue of this Order. |
Certain functions of the Secretary of State under sections 5, 9, 10 and 15 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 have already been transferred to the Scottish Ministers by S.I. 2000/3253.
