2. In the Child Support Departure Direction and Consequential Amendments Regulations 1996(1)—
(a)in the heading to, and in paragraphs (1)(a), (b) and (c), (2)(a) and (b) and (3)(a), (b) and (c) of, regulation 9 (departure directions and persons in receipt of income support, income-based jobseeker’s allowance or working tax credit)(2); and
(b)in regulation 12 (meaning of “benefit” for the purposes of section 28E of the Child Support Act 1991)(3);
after “income support” insert “, state pension credit”.
