2.—(1) In each of the provisions specified in paragraph (2), after “Subject to” there shall be inserted “the Child Support (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000 and”(1).
(2) The provisions referred to in paragraph (1) are—
(a)regulation 14(1) of the Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (revocation and savings)(2);
(b)regulation 30(1) of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculation Procedure) Regulations 2000 (revocation and savings)(3); and
(c)regulation 15(1) of the Child Support (Maintenance Calculations and Special Cases) Regulations 2000 (revocation and savings)(4).
(3) At the beginning of each of the provisions specified in paragraph (4), the following paragraph shall be inserted—
“(Z1) This regulation is subject to the Child Support (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2000.”.
(4) The provisions referred to in paragraph (3) are—
(a)regulation 6 of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 (savings)(5);
(b)regulation 10 of the Child Support (Consequential Amendments and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2001 (savings for particular cases)(6);
(c)regulation 15 of the Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (revocation and savings); and
(d)regulation 10 of the Child Support (Information, Evidence and Disclosure and Maintenance Arrangements and Jurisdiction) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 (transitional provisions and savings)(7).
(5) In regulation 33(1) of the Child Support (Variations) Regulations 2000 (revocation and savings)(8), after “Subject to” there shall be inserted “the Transitional Regulations and”.
