Commencement
2.—(1) The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 9th July 2004:
sections 22 to 27; and
section 28(1) and (3).
(2) The following provisions of the Act shall, subject to article 3, come into force on 1st October 2004:
section 29(1);
section 31(1) to (5);
section 32(1) to (6);
sections 34 to 40;
Schedules 2 to 5.
