Commencement

2.  Sections 1(1) and 17(2) of the Waste and Emissions Trading Act 2003 shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

Section 1 extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

(2)

Section 17 extends only to England and Wales.
