2.—(1) Section 1 of the Act shall apply to the following employments with effect from the dates specified below—
(a)employment by the Standards Commission for Scotland, with effect from 17th January 2002;
(b)employment by the Cairngorms National Park Authority, with effect from 1st April 2003;
(c)employment by the Children’s Commissioner for Wales, with effect from 1st August 2003;
(d)employment by the Commissioner for Children and Young People in Scotland, with effect from 26th April 2004;
(e)employment by the NHS Pensions Agency (Asiantaeth Pensiynau'r GIG), with effect from 1st April 2004;
(f)employment by the Public-Private Partnership Agreement Arbiter, with effect from 2nd June 2003; and
(g)employment by the Scottish Information Commissioner, with effect from 24th February 2003.
(2) Accordingly, Schedule 1 to the Act is amended as follows—
(a)there shall be inserted at the appropriate place in the list of “Royal Commissions and other Commissions”, the entry—
“Standards Commission for Scotland”; and
there shall be inserted at the appropriate places in the list of “Other Bodies”, the entries—
“Cairngorms National Park Authority”
“Employment by the Children’s Commissioner for Wales”
“Employment by the Commissioner for Children and Young People in Scotland”
“NHS Pensions Agency (Asiantaeth Pensiynau'r GIG)”
“Employment by the Public-Private Partnership Agreement Arbiter”
“Employment by the Scottish Information Commissioner”.
