The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Warwickshire) (District of Stratford on Avon) Order 2004

Application

3.  This Order applies to the whole of the district of Stratford on Avon except—

(a) the entire length of the M40, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(b) the entire length of the M42, including its on and off slip roads, within the district;

(c) the entire length of the A46 within the district;

(d) the A429 from the northern boundary of the district to the point immediately before the junction with the driveway to Manor House, Halford;

(e) the A429 from the southern boundary of the district to a line projected across the road from the southern boundary of the grounds of the Halford Bridge Inn, Halford;

(f) the A435 Alcester Bypass, from its roundabout junction with the B4089 and B4090 (but not including the circulatory carriageway at that junction) to its roundabout junction with the A46 and including the circulatory carriageway at that junction;

(g) the A439 from its junction with the A46 to the point immediately before its junction with St Gregory’s Road, Stratford-upon-Avon;

(h) the A3400 from the point immediately after its junction with the driveway to King Stone Farm, Long Compton, to the southern boundary of the district; and

(i) the A4390 from its roundabout junction with the A3400 to its roundabout junction with Evesham Place, Stratford-upon-Avon (but not including the circulatory carriageway at either such junction).
