15. Until the coming into force of its repeal by the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1) the definition of “waste” in section 30 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974(2) has effect as if the reference to the Explosives Act 1875 were a reference to these Regulations.
1990 c. 43. Section 30 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 is prospectively repealed by Schedule 16 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
