The repeal of the provisions in sections 2 and 5 is effected under section 80(1) of the 1974 Act. Sections 4 and 7 are “existing statutory provisions” within the meaning of section 53 of the 1974 Act and are repealed by virtue of section 15(3)(a) of that Act.
