SCHEDULE 1 PROVISIONS COMING INTO FORCE ON 16TH OCTOBER 2005

• Section 1(1), in so far as it relates to the provisions of Schedule 1 brought into force by this Schedule.

• Section 3(6), in so far as the inserted subsection (3B) of section 4 of the Railways Act 1993(1) relates to functions transferred or assigned to the Scottish Ministers under or by virtue of Part 1 of that Act.

• Section 3(8)(b).

• Section 3(10), except the words “or (5B)” in the substituted subsection (7ZA) of section 4 of the Railways Act 1993.

• Section 6(4), to the extent that it has not already come into force.
