2.—(1) In relation to Wales 30 December 2005 is the day appointed for section 117 of the Act to come into force.
(2) 1 April 2006 is the day appointed for the following provisions of the 2003 Act to come into force—
(a)sections 114(3) and (4) in relation to Wales and in so far as they are not already in force(1);
(b)section 116(2); and
(c)sections 107, 114(5), 115(1), (2), (4), (5) and (6) and 116(3) in relation to Wales.
