48. In Schedule 3 (reciprocal enforcement of certain orders)—
(a)in paragraph 10(1), (2)(b), (3)(a) and (4), for “petty sessions area” substitute “local justice area”; and
(b)in paragraph 11(5) and (8), for “acting for the petty sessions area” substitute “acting in the local justice area”.
1991 c. 53. Paragraph 10(2)(b) and (3)(a) was amended by section 74 of, and Schedule 7 to, the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (c. 43) and paragraph 11(5)(a) of that Schedule was amended by section 165(1) of, and Schedule 9 to, the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 (c. 6).
