Commencement of provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005
2. The provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 listed—
(a)in Schedule 1, shall come into force on 3rd April 2006;
(b)in Schedule 2, shall come into force on the dates specified therein.
