2. Section 246 of the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (interpretation of statutory references to stepchildren etc.) applies to the entry in column (A) of paragraph 7 of Part 3 of Schedule 1 (employment by father, etc) to the Social Security (Categorisation of Earners) Regulations 1978(1).
