2. The Higher Education Act 2004 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional Provision) (Wales) Order 2005(1)is amended as follows:
For article 5 substitute the following articles—
“5. Section 44(4) comes into force on 23 June 2006.
5A. Section 44(3) comes into force on 1 September 2006.”.
