4. The following provisions of the 2006 Act shall come into force on 6th April 2007—
(a)section 12; and
(b)Schedule 2 (repeals) in so far as it gives effect to the repeal of section 80F(3), (6) and (7) of the Employment Rights Act 1996(1).
