2.—(1) The following provisions of the Terrorism Act 2006 shall come into force on 25th July 2006.
(2) Those provisions are—
(a)sections 23 to 25;
(b)section 37(5) to the extent that it has not already been brought into force; and
(c)the entries in Schedule 3 relating to paragraph 36(1) of Schedule 8 to the Terrorism Act 2000(1) and section 306(2) and (3) of the Criminal Justice Act 2003(2).
