14.—(1) In the Schedule (list of subordinate legislation) to each of the Orders specified in sub-paragraph (2)—
(a)for the reference to the “The Housing Benefit (General) Regulations 1987”, substitute— “ The Housing Benefit Regulations 2006; ”;
(b)after that reference insert— “ The Housing Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006; ”;
(c)for the reference to the “The Council Tax Benefit (General) Regulations 1992”, substitute— “ The Council Tax Benefit Regulations 2006; ”;
(d)after that reference insert— “ The Council Tax Benefit (Persons who have attained the qualifying age for state pension credit) Regulations 2006; ”.
(2) Those Orders are—
(a)the New Deal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1998 M1;
(b)the New Deal (25 plus) (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 1999 M2;
(c)the New Deal (Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2001 M3; and
(d)the New Deal (Lone Parents)(Miscellaneous Provisions) Order 2001 M4.
