30.  In section 58A (requirement to specify certain products for human use as prescription-only products)(1)—

(a)in subsection (1), omit “appropriate”;

(b)in subsection (3), omit “appropriate”;

(c)in subsection (4), omit “appropriate”; and

(d)in subsection (5), omit “and section 58B of this Act”.

The heading of section 58A accordingly becomes “Requirement to specify certain products as prescription-only products”.
