1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Young Persons) Amendment Regulations 2006.
(2) These Regulations shall come into force—
(a)except for the purposes of the regulations listed in sub-paragraph (b), on 10th April 2006, and
(b)for the purposes of regulations 2(8), 3(10), 4(4) and 5(4) on 10th April 2006 immediately after article 16(3) of the Social Security Benefits Up-rating Order 2006(1) comes into force.
