2.—(1) 1 September 2006 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 25 of the Act (Co-operation to improve well-being: Wales).
(2) 1 October 2006 is the appointed day for the coming into force of section 31 of the Act (Establishment of LSCBs(1) in Wales).
