4. Despite the amendment made by paragraph 19 of Schedule 2 to the Act, paragraph 12 of Schedule 4A to the Water Industry Act 1991(1) as originally enacted continues to have effect in relation to premises in England which are used for the provision of day care for children by a person who is registered under Part 10A of the 1989 Act in respect of the premises.
