Commencement of provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005
2. The following provisions of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005 shall come into force on 8th May 2007—
(a)section 5(3) and 5(4) (representations to Parliament);
(b)section 6 (representations to the Northern Ireland Assembly); and
(c)section 11 (Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland), in so far as it inserts subsection (1B)(b) into section 12 of the Justice (Northern Ireland) Act 2002(1).
