3. This Order applies to the area comprising the whole of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stafford except—
(a)the entire length of the A38, including its on and off slip roads;
(b)the entire length of the A50, including its on and off slip roads;
(c)the entire length of the M6, including its on and off slip roads; and
(d)the entire length of the A500, including its on and off slip roads.
