2. The following provisions of the Police Act 1997 shall come into force on 3rd December 2007—
(a)section 120;
(b)section 120ZA;
(c)section 120A;
(d)section 120AA;
(e)section 120AB;
(f)section 122;
(g)section 122A;
(h)section 123;
(i)section 124;
(j)section 124A;
(k)section 125;
(l)section 126; and
(m)section 127.
