The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2007

Provisions of the 2005 Act coming into force on 18 January 2008

2.  The following provisions of the 2005 Act come into force on 18 January 2008—

(a) section 106 and Schedule 4, in respect of paragraphs 5 to 9 and 14 to 19 of Schedule 4 (Minor and Consequential Amendments) only;

(b) section 107 and Part 3 of Schedule 5 (Repeals), in respect of the repeal of section 324(3)(a) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990(1) and section 43 (10) and (11) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003(2) only;

(c) section 107 and Part 7 of Schedule 5 (Repeals), in respect of section 9 of and Schedule 3 to the Noise and Statutory Nuisance Act 1993(3) and the heading to section 2 and sections 8(8), 9(3) and 9(4A) of the Noise Act 1996(4) only;

(d) section 107 and Part 9 of Schedule 5 (Repeals), in respect of section 45(3) to (9) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 only.
