4. The following provisions of the 2007 Act come into force on 2nd March 2008:
(a)sections 24 and 25;
(b)section 29 to the extent that it relates to the provisions set out in paragraph (d);
(c)section 30 to the extent that it relates to the provisions set out in paragraph (e);
(d)paragraphs 1 to 5 of Schedule 1; and
(e)in Schedule 2, the repeals in relation to the Industrial Training Act 1982.
