Regulation 36 was amended by: regulation 2 of the Social Security and Child Support (Decisions and Appeals) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 (S.I. 1999/1466), regulation 24 of the Social Security and Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/1596), regulation 2(4) of the Social Security, Child Support and Tax Credits (Decisions and Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2004 (S.I. 2004/3368) and regulation 2 of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 Consequential Provisions (Recovery of NHS Charges) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/917).
