Provisions coming into force on 1st April 2009

6.  The following provisions of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 come into force on 1st April 2009—

(a)sections 27(1) to (4) and 142;

(b)section 48(1) to the extent that it relates the following paragraphs of Schedule 8—

(i)paragraph 1; and

(ii)paragraphs 43 and 55; and

(c)in Part 1 of Schedule 23 the entries relating to—

(i)the Taxes Management Act 1970(1);

(ii)the Superannuation Act 1972(2);

(iii)the Finance Act 1972(3);

(iv)the Finance Act 1988(4);

(v)the Finance (No.2) Act 1992(5);

(vi)the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999(6);

(vii)the Access to Justice Act 1999(7);

(viii)the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, Etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999(8);

(ix)the Scotland Act 1998 (Transfer of Functions to the Scottish Ministers etc.) Order 1999(9); and

(x)Schedule 12 and Part 2 of Schedule 14 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005(10).
