Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the Forced Marriage (Civil Protection) Act 2007 shall come into force on 25th November 2008—

(a)section 1, except in so far as it provides for section 63N (power to extend jurisdiction to magistrates’ courts) to be inserted into the Family Law Act 1996;

(b)section 3(1), in so far as it relates to Part 1 of Schedule 2 (except for paragraph 3(3) of that Part); and

(c)Part 1 of Schedule 2 (except for paragraph 3(3) of that Part).
