Commencement

2.  The following provisions of the UK Borders Act 2007 shall come into force on 25th November 2008 —

(a)section 9 (biometric registration: penalty);

(b)for all remaining purposes, section 10 (biometric registration: objection to penalty);

(c)for all remaining purposes, section 11 (biometric registration: appeal in respect of penalty);

(d)section 12 (biometric registration: enforcement of penalty); and

(e)for all remaining purposes, section 13 (biometric registration: code of practice regarding penalty).
