109. In Part 2 of Schedule 1(1) (other appointments – members of tribunals) omit—
(a)the first entry beginning “Chief or other Child Support Commissioner”;
(b)the entry relating to the chairman of a Mental Health Review Tribunal for England;
(c)the entry relating to an Asylum Support Adjudicator; and
(d)the entry relating to the President of the tribunal constituted under section 9 of the Protection of Children Act 1999 and members of the chairmen’s panel appointed under paragraph 1(1)(b) of the Schedule to that Act.
In Schedule 1: the entry relating to the chairman of a Mental Health Review Tribunal for England was inserted by the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) (No.2) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/2589) and amended by article 2(1) of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) (No.2) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/171); the entry relating to an Asylum Support Adjudicator was inserted by articles 2 and 3 of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/675); and the entry relating to the President of the tribunal constituted under the Protection of Children Act 1999 and members of the chairmen’s panel appointed under paragraph 1(1)(b) of the Schedule to that Act was inserted by article 2 of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (Addition of Qualifying Judicial Offices) (No.2) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/2185).
