169. In section 80 (Parliamentary control of regulations)(1)—
(a)in subsection (1)(a) omit “7, ”;
(b)in subsection (1)(b)—
(i)omit “paragraph 12 of Schedule 1,”; and
(ii)omit “or paragraph 2 of Schedule 5”; and
(c)omit subsections (3) and (4).
Subsection of section 80 was inserted by paragraph 29(5) of Schedule 10 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 (c.15).
