3. In the Radioactive Contaminated Land (Modification of Enactments) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007(1) omit the following provisions—
(a)in regulation 3(2), in substituted regulation 5(8), the words—
“(c)after the definition of “unitary authority”, insert—”; and
(b)regulation 3(6).
