26. In paragraph 58 of Schedule 15 to the Finance Act 2000—
(a)in sub-paragraph (5)—
(i)for “the Companies Act 1985” substitute “the Companies Act 2006”;
(ii)for “section 117” (in both places) substitute “section 761”;
(b)omit sub-paragraph (6).
